Christian wants to reclaim rainbow from ‘deluded’ gays

Linda Harvey, founder of Mission America, the Christian group that purports to campaign against the ‘gay agenda’, witchcraft and Islam, has called on her followers to reclaim the rainbow from being ‘a signpost for homosexual sin’.

Writing on World Net Daily, she said the ‘rainbow image has been violated, raped by the deluded and fraudulent’.

Mission America’s opposition to LGBT rights is long established. On their website, they state ‘No one is born homosexual or in the wrong sex body’.

Harvey has said all gays are closeted straight people and gone as far as calling for anti-gay Christians to segregate themselves from the rest of America.

In her latest tirade, she describes the rainbow as a ‘precious symbol’ before questioning how it became the banner ‘for human depravity, lust, defiance and heresy.’

Calling for ‘its current misuse’ to be ended she wrote, ‘Rainbows should accompany what God would smile on. God is not smiling on homosexual conduct, gender defiance or the corruption of children, and He never will.’
