President Joe Biden issues proclamation to honor Transgender Day of Visibility

President Joe Biden has issued a presidential proclamation to honor the Transgender Day of Visibility.

As trans folks – especially youth – are under attack nationwide by Republicans and evangelical Christians, the support offered up by the president is sorely welcomed. Yesterday alone, the GOP pushed anti-transgender legislation into law in Oklahoma and Arizona.
